  • Yoga & Relaxation: Enjoy 3 rejuvenating yoga sessions and 2 calming relaxation sessions.
  • Culinary Delights: Indulge in nourishing wholefood meals, including hot and continental breakfasts, buffet-style lunches, and a seated 3-course dinner on Friday. Savour 2 afternoon teas, grazing boards paired with wine tasting on Saturday evening, followed by a light supper. The retreat will be hosted by Dr. Susannah Ward and Dr. Sarah Dalton at Sage Manor, a boutique homestay nestled in the heart of Bowral, NSW.

  • A warm, cozy retreat perfect for unwinding, reflecting, and connecting with others. Kylie, Jason, and their friendly therapy dog Harley are dedicated to making you feel pampered and at home.
  • There is a range of ticket & room options.  You can share a room, enjoy your own private room or stay offsite and attend using a day pass ticket.
  • Enjoy the sunroom with plush armchairs and serene garden views, a heritage-style library for peaceful reading, and the sunlit conservatory ideal for group activities or quiet moments.
  • Stroll through expansive gardens, relax in a hammock, or gather around the outdoor fire pit. Explore walking tracks, including a scenic hike to Mount Gibraltar.
  • Surround yourself with vibrant flowers, singing birds, fluttering butterflies, and perhaps catch a glimpse of the local wombat family.
  • Immerse yourself in an area with deep historical roots, possibly inhabited by the Gundungurra people for over 40,000 years.
