ABOUT DR SUSANNAH WARD
Founder – Ataraxia Collective
Hi there, I am Dr Ward. I’m a Specialist Physician of Rehabilitation medicine and a yoga and mindfulness teacher. I am super passionate about all things wellness, self-care, and self-mastery.
My training in medical science, medicine and rehabilitation has taught me how the mind, body and our environment work together to impact our health. My study of yoga, psychology and neuroscience has added a deeper understanding of how lifestyle choices & behaviours affect wellbeing.
Wellness tools work and empower us to live, feel and be well. I am passionate that any person can feel well despite their challenges and health status.
I love speaking at events, hosting workshops and running retreats where we get to connect, learn, grow and share together. I hope to see you at an Ataraxia Collective event soon.
